FULL THROTTLE FOR JABBASPORT AS LUKE SCHLEWITZ GEARS UP FOR BRITCAR AND VAG CUP IN 2010

This month sees 21 year-old Luke Schlewitz putting the finishing touches to his racing plans for next year.
Luke, winner of the 16V class in the hotly-contested Golf GTI Championship in 2009, has moved up to an ex-SEAT Sport Leon Cupra and is widey-tipped to make a big impression in both the VAG Cup and Britcar trophy events.
Already Luke has impressed with a series of fast times at a recent Brands Hatch test session, the 250bhp Leon instantly impressing with its racing pedigree.
“It’s a real step-up from the Golf,” says Luke, “and I have loved the extra power. Even left-hand-drive hasn’t been a problem; it’s a superb car and I feel confident of some fast times in 2010.”
